Dat alone feel

Hey brahs . anyone get them days/nights where you barely speak to anyone or no one at all , just getting on with your life on your own... and now im sitting here , no one to text tonight or speak to . That feeling of just having barely anyone there and you see other people enjoying themselves with all there friends ,going out doing lots of different things and getting to know other people. I only see a few of my friends (at the gym)/gym partner etc a day but now i have had to change gym , now i train on my own and don't even see my friends anymore. Now it feels like i have no one . Past 2 years girls have come and gone but im not too bothered.After i finished school 2 years ago where i was shy as f*** i spent most days of the week at home,not seeing friends or anything and this is still the same case, My life consists of - go to work , eat, train,sleep . anyone else felt/feel like this? .

This is a reason i joined the gym

If i didn't go through this i probably wouldn't be bothered about getting a job or going to the gym or learning to drive or be able to afford things that i want , I'd just be wasting my life away at party's and everything else every week.

you need to get involved with other peoples' lives. i get waves of depression unless i feel like im important and that other people value my presence.

just surprise yourself. do something you wouldnt expect yourself to do

If you feel bad just try to make friends, go to clubs, raves, concerts and meet people.
I don't hang out with a lot if people, maybe once a week. I go out at night maybe once a month.. But I don't feel bad.. I have my daily routine of school, eating, working out and sleeping. And Im totally happy. I'm never bored.
Some People annoy me a lot. I can't stand people who aren't funny and understand jokes. Same as people who get offended by jokes and act like *******s. My brother goes out everyday and hangs out with younger girls and that's it. He always says how he has a lot of fun and ****. I went with him twice and never again. Not grown up enough and phuckin annoying. I really enjoy being home and chill, what tv, maybe play video games, be online on bb.com or other forums, look through ******** memes, see weird videos way more than hanging out with those people.

Anyways, if you really want more people to hang out with find people with the same interests. Make new friends at your gym or join sport club that you like.
Don't worry about people talking **** about you. Everybody is different and enjoys different stuff. I would never talk bad about nerds, just cause all they do is playing games. But they probably have so much fun and they are happy. Why would they do something they don't enjoy.

Considering I'm 2 weeks out, yes I get this feel all the time. But tbh I got this feel all the time for years before. Lot's of lonely nights man, growing up can be difficult, but in the end, if you keep believing you can have and do whatever you want.

I had period where all I did was gym, eat, sleep. Its a terrible cycle and can get depressing, all you really need is a small group of friends to go out with every now and then. The best moments in life are usually always shared with someone else, just remember that.

same here aswell srs. brb once u move out of home you realize just how lonely life can get. Had alot of sad, depressing nights alone, i think we all do. The key is to focus on bettering yourself thru hobbies/work to distract you away from that mindset
