Is it any good or is there any other split I should use if I want to gain strenght?

I feel like 3 days split is too little or is it just me?

Have you done Stronglifts 5x5 first? I'd recommend starting on that first and then moving on to Madcows.

However ICF 5x5 is probably the best as it is a mix of strength and hypertrophy.
