    Wheat Bread vs Brown Rice?

What's the difference if I eat 4 slices wheat bread 40c/3f/12p vs 1/2 cup of brown rice 34c/1.5f/3p if they both fit my macros? Is one better than the other in any regard whatsoever? I'm asking because I've been told my 7 sandwich a day diet isn't healthy. I do eat oats and tons of vegetables too though. That and around 200g protein a day.

Brown rice is less processed then wheat bread. I believe its healthier for you. In regards to gaining muscle though it doesn't really matter.

Your 120lbs, no need for 200g protein imo
I'd lower protein slightly and increase carbs
You should only need about 120g protein
increase carbs and u might feel more energetic

OP: You know what also "isn't healthy".. worrying about something as insignificant and stupid as comparing wheat bread and brown rice.

Both are phenomenal carbohydrate sources, Eat what tastes better.
