    New Deadlift PR 140kg (308lbs) reps till i'm out!



    Roughly 2x bodyweight, form is bad since this was the second time I had to do it, first time round the camera angle and lighting was off so I did it over.

    Plates on are 1: 25kg plate, 1: 20kg plate, 1: 10kg plate and 1 5kg plate sos it was 60kg on each side.

    3 Plates is close!
    Bench: 255lbs (115kg)
    Squat: 320lbs (145kg)
    Deadlift: 430lbs (195kg)

    When you lock out there is no need to overly lean back like you did. Keep your core extremely tight. It looks like you let you hips go up to much as well.
