In first pic Ive neglected myself down to a nice concentration campish 150ish, this pic is from like a year ago and would basically fluctuate around this. got back in the gym about 6 months ago, took around 90 days to get myself just functional in the gym again which is where the first shot of pic 2 starts at around 164-165, had alot of muscle memory/gym experience as i was upwards of 200lbs in highschool lifting every day. after that 90 days i started really bulking shooting for 190lbs with a rather ambitious goal time of 90 days, ended up taking me 105 days to hit 190. so pic 2 is 3 stages, at 165-180ish-190.
was gonna cut, and ive certainly put on some fat at this rate, however im really not in much of a hurry to cut and dont feel i put on as much fat as expected so want to push a little higher, the weight gain has become alot more difficult now so im hoping maybe 200ish if i go another 2 months or so then cut time.
