    Unhappy Wrist hurts?

Hey brahs, so every time I curl or lift with my left hand, the inside part of my wrist hurts to where I can't even curl and I take them out of my routine completely(except barbell),and my form is spot on with my right hand and my right hand doesn't give me any trouble, and I've noticed ever sense I started lifting heavy my wrists haven gotten bigger in a sense. Any help would be appreciated brahs

I used to get pain in my wrists curling when i first started out, but over time the pain stopped, I just kept doing them. You could do some hammer curls they put less strain on the wrist.

I had this - I backed off for a while and let my body get used to it, your body will adapt. Either that or your wanking way too much

I had this problem, particularly with benching. I realized I was gripping the bar and taking all the weight in my wrist not my palms, if that helps. I left it a week or two and after I fixed my grip it was fine.
