melatonin 3-6mg, cheap and very affective. Wouldn't stay on them for too long since there is a chance you can become dependant. I've taken 3mg before and kicks in within 15-30mins for me. Eyelids become very heavy and Im out cold.

Ronnie Coleman resurrection pm is the best I've used. It knocks I out cold and no matter. How much u sleep u feel refreshed and recovered. I would look into it find deals on it. Blue raZz dream is the flavor you want grape is horrific

Lights out was bleh for me.

Had good luck with ZMA + 3mg Melatonin.

Currently using a new product here and there that is balls to the wall, but because it is a progesterone metabolite I don't believe I am allowed to discuss it here.

Not all of the CNS is covered by the BBB, indeed. However, the sense of calm-derived from GABA is mostly hypothalamically and peripherally-derived. You won't get anywhere near the kind of GABA-A-R antagonism you will see from the drugs the guy was describing.

I actually prefer B-Phenyl-y-aminobutyric acid or nicotinoyl-GABA if I were to supplement with GABA

I still think SomidrenGH is a solid product...of course admittedly its not the GABA in the product thats doing the heavy lifting so to speak lol

I just take a small melatonin. Reason why is that it makes me more comfortable going to bed knowing I took something.
