I have close to no mass and I am going to start clean bulking (+350 over maint) in 14 days, been in a deficit for 22 weeks X_X can't wait till I start getting stronger on them fkin liftssssss. What should I focus on bringing up? I personally think chest, arms, traps and my non existant calves.
Inb4 picture was taken to late, nipples got soft again after pinching them
