    14 days until I start my 8 month long clean bulk, help me decide what to focus on

    I have close to no mass and I am going to start clean bulking (+350 over maint) in 14 days, been in a deficit for 22 weeks X_X can't wait till I start getting stronger on them fkin liftssssss. What should I focus on bringing up? I personally think chest, arms, traps and my non existant calves.

    Inb4 picture was taken to late, nipples got soft again after pinching them

    Arms are looking good , aswell as legs. Only things that need a bit of work i would say is shoulder and chest + maybe traps but maybe the lighting is just making your traps look smaller , overall mirin.

    Repped, will be prioritizing shoulders and chest, doesn't mean that I'll neglect anything else but yeah. And my traps are small, as small as they look kind of :P Nothing to mire, but much appreciated =P

    By the way, is 14% BF an accurate guess? I haven't measured it in any way, have gotten guesstimates and I've tried guessing it myself, but the lower back fat always makes me unsure about my BF% ..
