    Whats a good front squat compared to ur back squat?


    What is a good front squat? like 225lbs or something like that lol?

    I'd say 3 plate front is pretty impressive if you have a decent back squat.
    Squat: 39.8 stone ATG
    Front Squat: 31.5 stone ATG
    Deadlift: 43.3 stone ATG
    Bench: 27.6 stone ATG
    OHP: 15.75 stone ATG
    200stone ATG Deadlift attempt - couldn't lock it out

    Did 205 pounds 3x5, back squat ATG is 250 pounds 3x5. That said the front squat felt a lot harder. Considering I can do 200 I don't think 225 is that great.
