I got he AI Sports Nutrition sample pack 3 weeks ago and due to my busy schedule just began contextualizing my observations and writing the review. Among the ones I got were Maniac pre-workout booster, BCAA Recover, Green Tea Magic Matcha, and even were generous enough to include a 3Z for sleep benefit and a hgh supp as well. Props to JohnSmeton/jiggamanbill for sending them for me to review! Upon taking them it was an instant paradigm shift /srs, 100 pct srs. I was clangin iron so much better, everyone should take this and see what it does for them

AI 'Maniac' Pre-workout booster - Pink lemonade:

Mixing 8.3/10 - Using a water bottle straight 14 oz full strength and doing about 30 hard shakes, the flavor gets in but you still see some paper crystals at the bottom. That said you still drink virtualy all of it when you're done.

Taste 10/10 - Maniac Pink Lemonade flavor was not too sweet not too bad whereas the BCAA recovery was sweeter and had more flavor. Maniac's flavor was right on the money, I wish more companies would taper their flavor for their rec'd stacked serving suggestions, like AI. I thought BCAA's complex vs Maniac flavor was slightly stronger (e.g. more sweet etc) compared to it but it achieved a decent flavor at the end of the day.

Effects- 10/10 I picked it up 35 minutes before workout and I did not get the tingly sensation I got taking prior pre's. Drank almost an entire 14 or so oz off a water bottle of Maniac prior and BCAA afterwards.


Right off the bat after about 40 mins and I started lifting dumbbells doing the stuff I do, as it's 9,000 mgram, the focus everything was so much better, cardiovascular was even better than the focus was, and the pumps were still better than the CV. I finished a 2 3/4 hr workout and definitely felt energized and a boost, I've pumped for 6 hours in a day once, without supps, I felt if I had taken another dose I could have done 9 hrs on good rest. I did more flys than I've done before, I'm lifting 25 lb free weights (mostly a dumbbell-pull up-plyometric workout) and for a guy on a 5 week workout off almost a year of not really working out as I did 3 yrs ago, I had lost a lot of physique and lever, I felt like I put some lasting work in that would take farther than I've ever been before and see the gains I should. The focus is intense and variables aside creatine was doing work as well. While I did not get 'burn' (a lot of sweating taking it) the cardiovascular properties were obvious from the get go. I just wanted to rage non-stop and take this every single day. When I took it, I did not run a treadmill but I SHOULD HAVE.

Summary: Maniac as a pre-booster is OFF THE CHAIN GOOD! Serious stuff, legit science, no tingly sensation pink lemonade is actually very tasty and could pass of as a regular pink lemonade as bittersweet. It's the only one that hasn't done me like other pre-workout boosters (a handful that include Nano vapor, celltech, neurocore, AEN). This is a product I would purchase again and again without a doubt, I highly recommend it! I will buy it as soon as I can. As I said, I saw superior everything taking it to other handful brands I've tried, and I noted an instant 30% pump increase, I do a 2.5 workout based on plyometrics Kroc rows etc as well. I only started to sense any wear at the 2nd hr mark before that it was cruise control. At 9k grams of a solid working formula without tingly sens, this is a no fricken brainer, pick this up today!



Magic Matcha Green Tea - Antioxidant
Macha tea - 1 tablespoon of sugar microwaved for around 50 secs.

Mixability 9/10 - With about 8oz of hot water and a tablespoon of sugar thereafter, it achieved a nice liquid green mixture. It was not hard to mix and it was a very lively evergreen type color. It was very easy to drink.

Taste 8.9/10 - Surprisingly delicious and very tasty almost frothy, with the one serving package and according to it's nutrition label, it has x94 more potassium x32 more vitamin C and even more protein than the average green tea @ 578mg (x172.5). It definitely tells the whole story as an antioxidant and health supplement that covers your basics. I used one tspoon as this was the unsweetened version and that was all it took for it to get just the right flavor. You could also drink it with honey instead but I did not try that with one serving.

Summary: 10/10 Highly recommend Magic Matcha and it's a worthwhile investment for anybody who wants the highest possible amount of a/o's while the taste is beyond passable for most people's palates.


3Z - Sleep enhancer supp

Effects 10/10 I tried 3Z after honestly, and only after 2 weeks of taking 3Z prior to me fluking out on a friday where I had missed out on about 30 hrs of sleep, which I had a horrible hectic week where my workouts suffered and energy was extremely depleted as a result, every sleep (around 9 hrs) sucked. 3Z at that point was the closest thing possible to what felt like a good night's sleep given the extenuating circumstances, and it went some ways to helping me recover for sure, I wish I had taken it every single day after wards to quicken the recovery (I missed a legit week of working out due to my sleep-mess).

Conclusion: I would likely buy it and it's the real deal. I only had one of the worst weeks of sleep in my life and what do you know, 3Z comes out of nowhere (never taken a sleep enhancer in my life). And it significantly gives me the rest I was looking for given 1-night to sample (One night stand AI ..ha). It was enough for me to say it's a legit product. Guaranteed results. Unfortunately I only took 1-night of this and not the full swing to test it completely, but given the circm's this instance it did the job. Recommend rating brah.

Thanks for the kind words guise! I tried to throw in as much variables I use in my sessions to paint the picture. AI hasnt failed in my experience. I'm pretty new to supps in general, other than whey proteins which I've had a decent share.

I definitely do but am in a mini-stim break as of this moment. Have been hearing a million and one epic stories on the Glycobol formula, and very interested in it. Without a doubt I know AI is doing it right, would love to try out the protein and BCAA's more closely down the pike.

So did I! I had a wreck schedule for about a week (babysat a small cousin for a couple days-bad sleep that led me for a week) took it and got me back on track.. took a couple more days taking it, since I had one more sample..to get my juices back on track but it went a long way.

Just speaking the truth haha, some of the variables did change from my final review (taste/mixability - maybe I got a slightly different batch) not a huge deal in my opinion, just what I saw, but all in all the same opinion I had around April/May very relevant today after finishing the tub. I still stand by saying it's legit, no fluff and well-researched ingredients gone into the formula so it definitely works man.

....If ITT is interested to see how Maniac works, I would just say PM the kind Maniac reps for some samples and compare it to what they have been taking or try it out for themselves since it's just tremendous value.
