    the macro change is to do with water weight etc, nothing to do with protein denaturing, there is no amino acids lost, just converted. it's like raw pasta/cooked pasta, macros change.

    Alright I graduated with a BSc in molecular and cellular biology and studied this **** for 4 years. Last I checked your body has to cleave proteins into it's amino acids using peptidases. The protein has to eventually be denatured so it isn't all coiled up, otherwise the enzymes can't properly cleave peptides into amino acids.

    Yeah I never even thought of that but yes that true too. Pepsin is an enzyme that breaks down protein into polypeptides in stomach. So I think what we can take away from this is go heat up your protein powder as much as you want.
