I've lingered some of the other threads but I've been on that lean bulk time for a while but now I'm in for the cuts for the beach.



That's awesome, he seems like a cool dude. He's the only hope or the Bucks going forward, and maybe Henson. Bro, I work blocks from the Bradley Center as a trainer in a nice private facility. If you talk to him regularly you should give a fellow miscer a plug and have him come get some free training. I'm sure he has plenty of opportunities but it's worth a shot. I've worked with pro athletes, olympians and done a lot of injury rehab stuff for athletes. I'm sure athletes get solicited a lot for **** like this so if it would be too awkward to bring it up I understand, just figured I'd throw it out there.

Back on topic. I bought the supplies for a microwavable protein cake and now I can't find what thread the directions were in. Ingredients are pancake mix, whey, sf ff jello mix, unsweetended cocoa mix, vanilla, and maybe egg and/or milk? If anyone knows what I'm talking about and knows where the directions are I'll gladly rep.

I would without a doubt man, but he's already back home. His childhood friends + family are all here, plus he puts on a local basketball camp. Who knows if he'll stay in mil. He'll be a free agent and def cost more than the 1.2ish million he's getting now, being up for defensive player of the year and only being 24. But if he does, I'll absolutely mention you when he goes back. I help bulk him up here during his offseason, he'll come train with me at the local LA fitness and I'll have him powerlift. We'll go way early AM, or at 8/9pm though. If you go during rush hour at a gym everyone wants to stop him and talk to him and well, ain't no body got time for that

Well when you spend every waking minute thinking about math, working 16 hours of the day trying to maintain your GPA BUT at the same time improve, you kind of want to spend your summer just sleeping and doing nothing.

BRB got 3.9 fall semester, thought it was hardest semester yet.

BRB take 17 instead of 15 credits, 3 upper level maths, chemistry, bio, and labs for both
BRB never have time for anything but working or lifting.
BRB dream about doing math problems

Unfortunately, I managed to get higher than a 3.9 by getting a 3.94
I honestly never thought I could beat the 3.9. It would've been a 4.0 but I goofed and got one A-

I'm 99% sure that is not true. But I could be wrong as well. When you cook raw eggs, raw meat, you're exposing it to very high temperatures, the protein in there is getting denatured as well, but you still absorb it. When you apply heat to any food the protein will denature. Denaturing is just the lose of the tertiary and secondary structure from the protein.

I literally woke up one day and said I feel like getting fcuked up tonight. called my buddies, who of course said, "**** you man I know you're just lying, don't play with my emotions like that". then we all proceeded to get yucky, and it was a blast. don't ever let anyone into peer pressuring you to drink, and don't be that guy who doesn't drink just because everyone else does. if wanna drink, drink, if not don't.

denaturing a protein is when the protein uncoils, it can break down proteins into their amino acid components, your body does that during digestion anyway, so don't worry about it, don't do ****.

Yes cooking does denature macros, look up raw chicken macros vs cooked. Just dont go around eating raw meat cause its not a huge difference so everyone can relax haha. Even if you tried you'd get sick and end up with none digested.

As for protein powder, its already denatured during the process to make it into a powder form. Dont worry about cooking it, lettuce be cereal if it mattered that much do you think everyone in this thread would be achieving the results they have?
