Most people who stay looking young are either
1. photoshopped in pictures
2. Genetics to stay looking young
3. or surgery to make them stay looking young
Theres nothing besides the things above that will severely effect aging.

kind of like a grape with a raspberry flavor, they take a while to ripen but are really good off the vine, should grow well anywhere in the US. I don't think they'll make me live forever lol, same chit with like acai and whatever the next "superfruit" becomes

Wouldn't an overall lower carb, higher fat, and protein diet be better for aging because of glycation?
