    DAY 1
    Biceps traps forearms
    Weight 205.6 lbs
    Body fat 15-16%

    Took 6 xfa 45 mins pre w/o
    3 scoops glycergrow 30 mins pre w/o
2glclt with 1 scoop of craze 15 mins before workout

Didn't expect anything out of the ordinary being the first day.
But the one thing that stood out was the pump was very evident from the first set, was on par with aps mesomorph , also noticed increased vascularity, with body fat around 15% I had few veins come through especially on my forearms . No strength increase but still plenty of time . Very encouraging first day .looking forward to when xfa really kicks in .

Yesterday leg workout made a bit tougher by training partner being away for 2 weeks ,throughout the workout noticed increase in endurance, and strength in leg press machine .
No sign of increased doms just yet.
Although visually my arms seem to have more shape to them especially triceps and increased vascularity in forearms throughout the day.

8 may weight 207.6 lbs +2.0 in 3 days (water weight maybe ?)

    Stats
    Arms 17.2 in
    Waist 37.5 in
    Quads 29.9 in

That is the "fuller" look that users typically notice (as you did) within the first week or two. The muscles pop more and hold more glycogen, one of my fav parts about XF/XFA!

Thanks for replies mate really enjoying product so far , will defiantly try out the original X factor on next bulk .
    Day 5&6
Good back workout yesterday increasing reps in most exercises, not really training for strength ATM as the free weights only go to 40kg and have already reached that weight in most lifts , so keeping rep range between 6 and 12 perfect form.
Doms is kicking in now my legs especially quads are very sore from Tuesday and back is also very sore , feels great.

Trained chest today another good workout seem to be very focused probs down to the craze ,pumps seems to be a bit hit and miss so far.
Visually see an improvement in triceps and legs will update Sunday day off tomoz
As for sides nothing to report had few pains in elbows to start of with but they have gone , been iceing my elbows before workouts seems to have done the job
As for lclt what best time to take it on off days been taking it in morning with p shake

    Thanks

shooting pain is usually associated with an injury, it may be wise to see a doctor as that doesnt sound like DOMS.

Thanks , I meant my triceps feeling fatigued could be down to the extra doms, as for my shoulder it's a lot better than it was last night when raising it was painful but today felt a bit better with very little pain whilst working them , got legs tomoz than day off so hopefully should be fully recovered by then.

Is there any chance xfa could cause water weight as 2.6 lb in week seems high especially when calories are couple hundred over maintaince
    Thanks

Great to hear you meant a normal muscular pain!

Not exactly water gain, it is increased glycogen storage in your muscles; and yes that is why many people gain upwards of 12lbs in a 50 day cycle.

    Day 10
Triceps are killing from yesterday's workout , shoulder is fine now no pain at all.
Leg workout today new pb on stiff leg deadlift 330lbs , seem to be doing more sets so recovery between sets seems to be quicker. Day off tomoz then back on Thursday , will try to post pic by Thursday

Great news on the quicker recovery between sets, that is likely thanks to the benefits arachidonic acid has on muscular endurance.

    Day 11&12
Decided to train back Wednesday as wanted to train and did chest today , not noticing a great pump atm seems to be a bit hit and miss.
Extra doms still evident usually sore for around 4-5 days

Had a small breakout of spots , could be caused by anything so can't blame the xfa

Also cycle length says 50 days , is that 50 workout days ?
My cycle is 50 workout days will the extra 20 days really be that bad ?

That is a great level of dedication to have your diet that dialed in, that you can accurately increase 50 cal per day!

Thats the type of meticulous dedication good BBers seem to always have!

That is a great level of dedication to have your diet that dialed in, that you can accurately increase 50 cal per day!

Thats the type of meticulous dedication good BBers seem to always have!
Thanks man, some would say I probs take it a bit overboard , currently studying to be a pt and would love to compete one day.

monday workout got to the gym at 2pm and was packed , drove to my other gym pissed off which probs helped more with the intensity of the workout in the end.

back to normal now , first day back in the gym on saturday chest / back
    swicthed up my split
    sunday arms and
    did legs today

    weighed in today day 30 03/06 211.2 +2.2lbs
being ill all week and only consuming around 3000 calories (maintenance 3800) and adding 2.2lbs is a bit of a mystery just hope its not all fat gain or maybe its the xfa working wonders who knows lol

seeing small visual gains now filling out t shirts and just looking a lot fuller than before , no decrese in bf although wasent expecting it being on a high cal diet.
all in all very happy , lets hope the next 40 days it really kicks in as ive heard it does .

Very glad to hear of the fullness and weight gain, it must be the X-Factor as usually being sick for even a few days results in exactly the opposite.

    Day 38
    11-3-13
    Weight 214.8 + 3.6lb
Will double check the weight tomoz as seems kinda high weight gain in only 8 days.
Weight wise highest I have been is 212 so happy to off passed it already.
Training nothing new to report strength around the same, as for pumps increased gg to 5 scoops and saw a difference when did arms , Is there a dose I shouldn't exceed with this stuff?
Body fat I feel has increased like it would on a normal bulk if I wasent using xfa ,but results would defiantly would not be this fast have only had to increase my calories twice.
Nearly ran out of my pre wo craze been on and off it for over a year , any suggestions of anything stronger ? I can get hold of the original 1mr?

Congrats on the quick gains, perhaps look into the original jack3d for a strong preWO.

Old jack3d was first pre wo I tried and didn't do much tbh, maybe don't react to dmaa .
Was looking through maybe ephedrine and caffeine ,can u suggest what ephedrine would be best ?
