Left shoulder makes grinding noise when i rotate it

    Hello

About 2 months ago, I had an accident where I was military pressing, I dropped the bar (65 pounds) behind me.
After that happened, I took a month break, and decided to workout again.
I couldn't workout because whenever I rotate my left arm, my shoulder makes these grinding noise all the time.
I was worried during my workout in case I make the problem worse, so decided to take another month of break.

So here I am, after 2 months of break, I would always rotate my shoulder to see if it's getting better, but won't stop making grinding noise whenever I rotate it.

I don't have any pain when I rotate it, but it just bothers me because of the grinding noise.
What should I do? Should I start working out again?

Sounds like an impingement... I would go see a sports med doctor so he/she can check you out and make sure you are ok to lift. For now there is absolutely no reason why you can't be training legs and even back. Just stay away from pressing for now.
