    *Loose Skin*

Ok so im just posting some stomach shots cause I don't mind working harder or different if that all it is. I started at 265 im down to 185. my stomach is what worries me. one shot is me leaning over it has me worried. I rather just go work harder and not have that surgery.

You have a bit, but it's not to bad. The majority of what you have left is body fat, and that skin will tighten over time as long as you lift hard, keep leaning out, and eat well. Keep up the good work!

Hey man it's not that bad as the other poster said. You will have a bit but keep lifting heavy and lean out and you will see it go. Your skin will also take up too a year or two to heal and re tighten but I Wouldent worry about it.

Also I'm very curious what height are you? Because we are around the same weight but I'm jealous you have less belly and lower back fat than I do. I carry it all in my lower back/chest and stomach

As mentioned above keep working hard and it will eventually go away. Stick withn your diet plan, and it will tighten up over time. Nice work losing the weight!

Go on a bulk and kill your abs with weighted routines. Do them 2-3 times a week. While you can not spot reduce weight loss, you can fill the void with thick muscle. The next time you cut you will see a big diffence. Do this in 6 month cycles. Try to be 5-10lb heavier each year after your cut. (ex if you are 188lb bulk to 205lb, cut back to 193lb get below 15% bodyfat each time), it will fill in and your loose skin will be gone.

Yeah, it is some loose skin but there is quite a bit of fat there too. Honestly if you have not been lifting I would recommend bulking right now too. You do not want that dreaded skinny fat look which you probably will have if you lean out without much of a base to go off of.

As some of the others here have posted putting some mass on will help filling that and if this is your first time really lifting you should have quite a bit of noob gains that will really show when you cut in a few months. Just eat 10-15% over maintenance and hit your macros, lift hard all summer and you will see that fat spread out while you put on some lean muscle.

This is the route I would take at your stage anyway.

NO OP don't bulk just yet

Your loose skin isn't bad at all , I had it worse . give it time , keep hydrated and think of using a moisturiser daily ... id say get to about 12-13% then slow bulk
