    1792.8 (BMR) = (9.99 x 78.63) + (6.25 x 177.7) - (4.92 x 21) + 5

The tricky part IMO is determining your activity factor and only you would know how active you are. I used 1.5 (moderate) for you and came up with 2689 maintenance. A 20% deficit equals 2152. Need to play around to find out where you really are but it could be in that neighborhood. Look at the sticky and try to determine you activity factor and go from there.

going 600 under is a lot to take off, you should try 2100 first.

    I second Gxp23's opinion.

Do not rush to a cut unless you're overly obese. Taking a cut slow, just like tortoise winning the race vs a rabbit, is recommended in order to preserve muscle mass, prevent starvation mode, and not to plateau at a low caloric deficit.
