This thread has been my single biggest inspiration since I started my first cut last month. Probably overly optimistic to think I can duplicate your results by the end of July (12 weeks), but I'm trying.

Hey man,
As said throughout this whole thread, you are damn inspirational! Repped. Gives me hope that with enough hard work and dedication i can get where i want to be.Obsessed is a word used often by the lazy, in order to describe the dedicated.
Pain is weakness leaving the body.

What an awesome transformation! I'm on a cut myself started may 28, and lost 10~ lbs so far, starting to see the lines for a six-pack but still got a long way to go. I'm probably gonna do what you're doing, cut down to about where you are then slow bulk my way back up at +0.5-1 lbs/week. Inspiration for me to get that figure too. Good luck on your bulk dude!

Lol, the problem is, I was fatter than I realized! I thought we were the same size starting off, but truth is I had to lose about 20 pounds just to get to your size in the first picture. My goal was to replicate your progress by Aug 1 (90 days), but I've adjusted the goal to Sept 1, since I think I was about 20 pounds heavier than you to start.
Started in April, 2013 at 212 lbs. Completely inactive at the time. Fat with zero muscle mass.
