    rectus abdominis -how much takes them to recover???

    i train abs once a week 12 sets to failure. i saw that in anther

    bodybuiders routine they train abs twice a week total:20-30 sets,

    my question is: why people train the abs twice a week and all other muscles only once?-does the abs has more ability to recover?

    is this because abs is posture muscle?

    they recover faster then other muscles beceaus you use them on a daily base, i only train my abs once a week like 8 sets i'm going to faillure every time that does it for me

    but don't be training them every day or more then 2 days you already train them doing heavy compound movements like squats and deads
