Question Is 1 hour of cardio/swimming after a lifting session too much?

Hey guys I have set up a weeks routine which includes all my sports and training sessions for rowing/cycling etc and I have set 3 days which are going to be my gym days. The gym is going to be primarily for lifting and as I am starting out I will probably do something like SS, but I want to also improve my overall cardio and was thinking about either swimming or erging (rowing machine) after my lifting as I want to compete in triathlons in the future and improve my times for rowing, and I will be doing this 2 times out of my 3 sessions. Is 60 minutes of cardio work after lifting too much, or do I need that time to recover?

    Thanks.

My routine (all these sessions are going to be taken place after school, and critiquing would be great!):

No. Unless you're not making up for the calories you burn during your cardio.

Thanks for the reply, my nutrition is going to be up to scratch and will work well with whatever routine I decide to go with
