I started another thread but nobody is responding to it. So I am going to post this here.
I read that Intermittent Fasting will put your body into starvation mode and make you get fatter.
I want to lost around 90 lbs. I think I am just going to eat around 4500 calories a day or so. That sounds about right, doesn't it?
Maybe do 3-4 hours of LISS a day. Should be able to bulk and cut at the same time that way.
Anybody want to sign up for Planet Fitness with me?

I can't seem to remember to log in on the weekends.
This is a huge accomplishment.
Hungry, not even once.
I don't know why either.
It's like i'm finally in the zone & am only eating what I need to.
I'll end up eating some chicken for lunch at today's work picnic & a burger tonight at my weekly hangout with a few beers but I don't even feel like drinking that much any more.
At the wedding over the weekend I stuck to rum & diet cokes & had the bartender go easy on the rum plus I alternated between rum & just diet coke.
I really think i'm going to be super strict until the last week of July when I go on vacation.

Well, in his defense, there are people out there that may have been serious in saying some of that. I'll forgive him for not laughing.
I am taking the next step in my fitness journey today....
Today I quit smoking. I will likely post a lot and be terribly annoying to everyone. I don't have any friends at work, so you guys are it. Tough chit.

Thanks! It isn't super expensive here, but expensive enough! If I manage to stick with it, I will save ~$150/month. I will likely not actually save that but instead waste it on something else. Getting even more jacked and tan probably. :-)
What I do is not conducive to making friends...
The people on my team like me well enough, but they are all of an older generation. Small talk and friendly banter is about all I can expect there.

Tough is one way to put it. I am going to go with psychologically damaging or utter hell. Especially after the meeting I just had, and the ones I expect later. A few days of going crazy and hating everything, but then it should be smooth sailing.

Refeed today (maintenance calories, low fat). Have decided on pan seared chicken, green beans, rice, quesadillas with lots of hot sauce, greek yogurt + granola, and strawberry banana frozen yogurt. Sounds absolutely amazing right about now.
