Damnit, still not eating enough. Weight is still dropping, this is driving me nuts. Might be time to buy some mass gainer shakes.

hey guys!!! i've loosed my stomach in size... so now i'm trying to work my ABS and maintain current size of my belly... BUT there occurres another problem.. while working on stomach fat, i loose the mass all the way. i dropped from 87 to 80 kgs (in 1 and a half month). my height is 1.81 mt. maybe 1-2 cm more. so what im supposed to do? what should i do? im searching for some quality supps.... i've aminox of BSN in my mind... i refused yeast, margarine, sodas, some sweets and for loosing my belly fat.

Yeah, its definitely not something I was ever expecting in my life. Last bulk I was gaining weight fine, I just dont understand why I am not gaining any now. I am eating like 2-3x as much food now as when I was cutting and still losing weight...Lifts are going up tho so I guess that's good. And energy levels are through the roof, everything feels like my last bulk session just no weight increase... weird stuff.

i think it’s time guys started showing a little more skin, imho. and if they’re in amazing shape, it would be cool if they showed even more. you’re right, tho. most men would probably be comfortable doing so only at the beach... this longer short trend has lasted for sooo long.
i’m wearing shorter shorts again but i have a birthmark on the inside of one of my thighs that i’m self-conscious about in public so i don’t go too short.
i was looking at my shorts from when i ran track in h.s. and those were even shorter. i have no idea how i wore those, lol, especially when crouched down in the starter’s block with my b*m in someone’s face.

that’s what i’m saiyan. seems like a shame to have atypical legs and not show them off just a little bit.
get them hemmed, or hem them yourself? or buy the rugby shorts Serpentarius mentioned.

Very nice! I want to work on levers soon but am focusing on l-sit and handstands for skill work atm since i'm a noob to body weight training. Finally can do diamond push ups so hopefully ring pressing work won't be too far in the future
How long did it take you to get your full back lever? What does your routine normally look like now?
Don't feel bad...I didn't get it either at first. They don't realize our minds aren't use to the constant influx of crude humor lol.

Thanks girl...they used to be more shapely so I feel kind of irritated that I lost muscle there. That's another reason I got tired of cutting hard...want to build muscle again! You will get there . Are you doing any strength training or just insanity for now?

I know this question was for bull rider...but figured I'd answer since I did keto for 3 months straight (and psmf is pretty much a ketogenic diet in terms of 0 carbs). Usually ate 20 carbs a day (counted carbs from cheese, veggies) and protein was 1g / lb of body weight, rest went to fat.
Ate lots of sugar free jello + whipped cream. Didn't have the keto flu either and felt great for a while too...but then I wanted to step up workouts and strength train so reintroduced carbs. Would not strength train on keto without cycling in carbs 1-2 days out the week after being on diet a month or more.
I love the male body, believe me...but I guess I am more attracted to the manly nature of men more than visual appeal if that makes sense? Like when I see a guy working on a car, building something, or doing some kind of manual labor, that's way hotter to me than him strutting around in boy shorts lol. Think that's pretty much the reason why I never liked male strippers...man in a thong and ass chaps is disturbing to me. Seems feminine to just be strutting around flaunting body parts seductively with barely any clothes on lmao. Maybe I'm weird...

DOMS from doing legs Monday is SO intense, that i can literally not get up unless i use my arms because it feels like everything (quads, glutes, hamstrings) is completely ripped off my body. Last night i got a bad headache and couldnt sleep, my brain freaking hurts and feels like its being smooshed and having trouble focusing when looking at something :O
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?
