Shhh, no tears, only oatmeal now.
I'm going to cut off 30 pounds of **** with a cut, and then the cleanest bulk the world has ever seen. Which will most likely turn into a recomp with all of the orange juice running through my gills.
Fulking is never worth it, Serp is right. (I already knew this anyways) Patience is important.

lol..i sorta have an excuse since my life was hectic these past 6 months. chits bout to get real though...got my new pad, 5 mins from my original powerlifting friendly gym, no longer have to goto the crappy city gym and deal with the gym monitors yelling at me for slamming weights.
plus i now have a place to call my own, without a weird roomate so im back to cooking, etcwww.grazethesky.com

I went keto on day 1. Don't ask me how because this is BB.com, and they don't let us talk about actual bodybuilding here.
Not really "Hungry" persay, but stomach pain, throbbing headaches, slightly lightheaded, weak as hell.
When I go keto, I don't half ass it. I've had 0g net carbs today. Broccoli with every meal. Sugar free PB and some hot sauce is all I've had carb wise. Just a tip- 1-2 servings of coconut oil preworkout is a solid pick-me-up.

Based on my findings, there are several ways to get there 8-12 hours, so I may have an idea... I've been using coconut oil, went REALLY high fat, net carbs at 10, and I'm in the mid range. I'd like to get deep. But I've had plenty of energy, been doing insanity for the last three days and I'm fine. (Limited to work out b/c I have three kids) I've had a headache the first day, and a little brain fog today, but I'm loving this!
I haven't started any type of supplement. I'm going to let my body sort things out since this is my first time. Really trying to drop some body fat...
