How can you tell if you have good or bad genetics for packing on tons of muscle?

A post I've made before:
Basic overview.
Frame: Ideally you want wide clavicles with a narrow waist. Best examples would be Ronnie/Dillet/Sergio.
Limb length: Long term you want as long as limbs as possible (with a short torso), this gives you more room to fill out, but it can be a bitch. Best examples Arnold/Sergio/Ronnie/Dorian
Muscle insertions: Well you can grow most muscles to be massive, but here's a basic overview of what I consider to be ideal insertions, biceps/Arnold or Heath, triceps/Roelly or Demayo, quads/Cutler or Demayo, hamstrings/Prince or Platz, calves/Frankhouser or Pakulski, Lats/ Columbu/Arnie or Ray, Traps/JOJ or Ronnie, forearms/Ronnie or Roelly, chest/ Arnie or Zyzz.
Biceps:
You can see that Arnie has a bit more peak, but his bicep length (due to his limb legnth) is still great. Heath's aren't quite as peaked, but the overall fullness is insane.
Triceps:
You can see that Roelly's tricep attaches right at the end of the elbow, but even though Demayo's isn't quite as good he still has managed to develop an insane long head.

Quads:
You can see how well they tie in around the knee and the overall sweep to the quads.
Part 2
You can see how well they tie in around the knee and the overall sweep to the quads.
Hamstrings:
Hamstrings I feel are something that pretty much anyone can develop with enough work, but good tieins such as the ones in the pics definitely help.
Calves:
Frankhouser=calf king, but his calves are so big, you could almost argue they are unaesthetic. Pakulski is probably the more "ideal" one and Jeff Long is the above average insertion.
Lats:
You can see just how low they attach on Arnie/Columbu/Ray's back, makes for crazy twisting back shots.
Traps:
Long neck usually means crazy traps, but the tie ins have to be really high.

Forearms:
The forearm flexors/extensor muscles are very long, along with the brachoradialis.
Chest:
Arnie has a fuller rounder chest that ties in very well (no gap), but Zyzz has a very square chest which is equally aesthetic in it's own right.
Height: 5'8 to 6'2 is ideal, always better to be on the taller side of that scale though, after 6'2 it seems difficult for most to really fill out. Any shorter and you'll have a hard time standing with the big boys and can look "stubby." Most Mr Os (if not all) have been in that range. Examples: Cutler/Zane/Heath 5'9, Haney/Dorian/Ronnie, 5'10/11, Arnold 6'1/2
Then above all of these is your intellect which I fully believe can be developed if you're open minded.
Developing different or new training ideas isn't "necessary," but you should be able to do it (specifically for lagging body parts). Logging your workouts (writing them down or keeping record somewhere) is 100% key and this is something Dorian stressed, not only physically, but mentally knowing you're getting stronger will serve you well in getting bigger, as I very much believe in the placebo and if mentally I KNOW I've gotten stronger, I feel it can induce hypertrophy on belief. Diet, you need to try different things, 6-8 meals, 4-6 meals, 1-4 meals, IF, higher fats, higher carbs etc etc. Training needs to be hard and smart, exercise selection won't be the end all be all to developing a good physique, but it is VERY important in squeezing/milking any gains you may have in certain areas (especially if it's lagging.
Don't let any of them discourage you because even Ronnie wasn't perfect (high calves and triceps tended to lag at times, delts were very poor early into his career). Just work your ass off, train hard AND SMART, diet like a madman (but not too crazy). At the end of the day, you're picking things up and putting them down, don't take it TOO seriously, most importantly HAVE FUN and enjoy yourself. Always remind yourself just how good you have it that you can actually sculpt your body how you want it look, whereas 99% of the human's throughout history did not have such luxuries.

Is there a perfect science to it all. How many times have we seen in bodybuilding magazine on how to eat, how to get bigger arms, what's good for you this month is not a few months down the road. All with different information, different methods, etc. It was more the effort he put into the posts.
When your tri's stick out like this when you are working your bi's. Yeah, that's impressive.

-- Dorian didn't have a short torso and long limbs, he had a long torso and short limbs.
-- Long limbs =/= good bodybuilding genetics. Arnold's long limbs looked great. Orville Burke's long limbs just made him look weird and spindly. It's more complicated than categorically saying that long limbs being better than short limbs. Many short limbed pros like Lee Priest and Branch Warren have had very successful careers.
-- Having a long neck doesn't mean you have good traps. Your neck has nothing to do with your traps.
-- Zyzz had nice looking pecs but seriously, is he our golden standard of pec development? What about Ronnie or Kai?
-- It's not better to be taller. Out of the 13 Mr Olympias only one is over 6ft tall. Of the 19 athletes at the 2012 Mr Olympia only one was over 6ft (to be fair, Dennis and Lionel are 5'11) and he placed out of the top 6
-- Ronnie doesn't have ideal forearms
-- Phil doesn't have ideal biceps
-- Shawn Ray doesn't have ideal lats
-- etcWe're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.
You can't stop us. You can't hold us back.

lol wut? They're amazing in those aspects... there is no standard whatsoever in bbing. No one can aim for anything ideal, you just make the best out of what you have and get compared in competition.
Always baffles me when someone says "wow this lineup had small waists, they most be going the flex wheeler route"
Also i strongly disagree with another post above...
Wat... JT alone murders those losers, get your facts straight
