So I've been lifting for about 7 months now, seen some good results but I feel in comparison to other people its not that much for such a long time. Anyway i was out of Whey so i went to buy a new tub and they guy said that if i was looking to put on more muscle try a protein with carbs. I now have protein with P:20 C:40 F:2 per scoop. Now i didnt want to go overboard so i only take this once a day. (Two scoops with water) opposed to taking my old once twice a day. But then my girlfriend surprised me with a tub of ON 100% whey (am srs) now im taking two shakes a day one of each, one as soon as i get up and one after my workout. Which one should i take when i wake up? and which one for after? im stuck and just wanting mo gainzz.

The one problem with teens nowadays is that they dont eat enough!!
Get those carbs in, you need them especially on training days. decrease your carb intake just a little on off days
if your worried about getting fat from the carbs, then have carbs for your first meal, pre workout and post workout meals
