Still getting used to the bloating, fuuuuuu
My goal macros
3200 calories
320g carbs
200g protein
124g fat
40g fiber
Will I ever get used to it?
That's not even my freaking bulking calories.
I need to weigh myself in the morning to see if I've actually gained any weight yet...if not I have to up my cals once again.
I drink between 1-2 gallons of water a day.

Hopefully it gets better quick. I hate walking around feeling like a fatass...haha
brb, feeling like fookin bad ass lean mofo in the morning, then a fatass in the afternoon haha
If I get this promotion at work, I'll be working long hours Monday through Friday so I'll need a mass gainer. I'll prob go with ON chocolate since it's prob the safest flavor choice. Maybe Oats and Whey instead.
I really don't want to take down over 200g of carbs in one drink haha.
Edit: I get a lot of my cals from dairy.

Stupid question coming trough
How do you guys do dumbbell press? Do you guys go all the way up and all the way down? I usually do them like all the way up then down to the point when my arms make 90 degree angle and then back up.. Is that too small ROM for delts?

Make your own homemade gainer man, i mean yea use whey etc but get some powdered oats and stuff, fruit, milk, premium ice cream etc. No offence pp but serious mass is seriously chit, isnt a majority of carbs like maltodextrin or however the phuck you spell it? i know a carbs a carb but still.
Eat the damn yolk.

The only reason I say I may needed a weight gainer is because the type of job I would be doing I don't think I'd have time to get a shake and all that together and blend it up.
At work I'd want to just get a scoop weight gainer and pour some milk in and mix it.
It would be a convenience thing for me.
When I make a weight gainer for myself I can be conservative and make it 700 calories haha.Dallas Sports/Texas Tech Red Raiders

I need the carbs though too...guess I can just ground up a **** ton of oats, weigh them then put them in seperated ziplock baggies.
My shifts would basically be from noonish to midnight.id obviously get off for dinner and breaks but id need to just carry a **** ton of protein bars and snacks and put them in my locker, or desk if I get one. I'd be working in the warehouse so I wouldn't be conveniently able to have a shake whenever I wanted.
If I get a desk I will def be buying a small refrigerator so that no one drinks my milk and eats my weighed out food...would fkn rage.Dallas Sports/Texas Tech Red Raiders

Back is feeling a lot better than it was Thursday. Able to bend over without any pain or discomfort, although moving certain ways causes a dull pain. Fortunately I don't think this was me re-injuring my disc...
Probably take it easy on anything that'd put stress on the area for another week just to play it safe.
Still hit chest and arms hard yesterday and feeling it already. Gonna do some stretching and mobility work, especially on my hammies which seemed to lock up ever since whatever happened Thursday to my back.Gym PRs - S 400 / B 320 / D 500

No deadlifting or squats this week. Everything else should be fine. I didn't even notice my back during yesterday's workout.
Exactly what I did. Just need to get the hamstrings to loosen up a bit which is what I'll be doing today. Also felt like my hip flexor on my right side locked up too so I'll probably torture myself with a lacrosse ball on that a bit as well.Gym PRs - S 400 / B 320 / D 500
