    200g protein
    124g fat
    40g fiber

    Will I ever get used to it?
    That's not even my freaking bulking calories.
    I need to weigh myself in the morning to see if I've actually gained any weight yet...if not I have to up my cals once again.

    You def get used to it. I didn't even reverse and went straight into bulking, was bloated for like a week cuz I was constantly eating 4000-5000+ cals. Once I settled down and brought it down to 3500 more or less, I didn't feel bloated anymore.

    I'm telling you man. If you get some Serious Mass, you will get alot of carbs and cals easy from that after your workout post shake.

    If I get this promotion at work, I'll be working long hours Monday through Friday so I'll need a mass gainer. I'll prob go with ON chocolate since it's prob the safest flavor choice. Maybe Oats and Whey instead.
    I really don't want to take down over 200g of carbs in one drink haha.

    Edit: I get a lot of my cals from dairy.

    Stupid question coming trough

    How do you guys do dumbbell press? Do you guys go all the way up and all the way down? I usually do them like all the way up then down to the point when my arms make 90 degree angle and then back up.. Is that too small ROM for delts?

    Make your own homemade gainer man, i mean yea use whey etc but get some powdered oats and stuff, fruit, milk, premium ice cream etc. No offence pp but serious mass is seriously chit, isnt a majority of carbs like maltodextrin or however the phuck you spell it? i know a carbs a carb but still.

    The only reason I say I may needed a weight gainer is because the type of job I would be doing I don't think I'd have time to get a shake and all that together and blend it up.
    At work I'd want to just get a scoop weight gainer and pour some milk in and mix it.
    It would be a convenience thing for me.


    When I make a weight gainer for myself I can be conservative and make it 700 calories haha.

    Back is feeling a lot better than it was Thursday. Able to bend over without any pain or discomfort, although moving certain ways causes a dull pain. Fortunately I don't think this was me re-injuring my disc...

    Probably take it easy on anything that'd put stress on the area for another week just to play it safe.

    Still hit chest and arms hard yesterday and feeling it already. Gonna do some stretching and mobility work, especially on my hammies which seemed to lock up ever since whatever happened Thursday to my back.

    Stay safe brah, i think it might be best you just sacrifice some lifting so you can recover with no chance of making the injury worse.

    Probably just pulled a muscle. Walking or just moving around in general will help it heal faster and you'll feel better too. If you lay around all day it will feel worse. Good to hear it feels better already though.

    No deadlifting or squats this week. Everything else should be fine. I didn't even notice my back during yesterday's workout.

    good stuff, just remember if you are lying down etc, not to get up in a hurry, the amount of times i have tweaked something in my back doing this is unbelievable.
