I had all 4 done at once. Bottom two were compacted, turned over sideways and growing into my other teeth. I know the feeling of that pain. IIRC, It wasn't very long before I was eating solids. As long as you flush the holes after you are done eating, I don't think there is anything wrong with eating solids. It is just how quickly you can get your jaws opened up to fit it in and can stand the discomfort of chewing. Just be slow and gentle (TWSS) and you will be eating double cheeseburgers in no time. Just let them cool off a bit first. Extreme temps are a bitch after that procedure. Warm mac and cheese and pancakes are a fun start ----> **** you don't have to chew to start.

Shoulder injury still hurts (not ****ing good). HOWEVER since I'm putting in as much time at home doing RC exercises...its starting to feel a bit more mobile. Not AS clicky as it was, and feels a little more stable. In depression I have eaten utter rubbish for a solid week and feel pretty rough about that. (easy sorted with some fasted cardio!)
By no means will I be hopping on a bench and resuming business, but I hope to go back to the gym starting on Monday and running through PHAT with light weight just to get a feel for the program and make me feel a little better than just sitting at home.
Once im back up to full speed Ill be getting that log started! Hope you guys are well. Not been in this thread much because its like dangling cake in front of a fat child.
Stay safe bros

I'm the opposite, it's hard for me to hit my carbs lol I enjoy my fats/protein
I eat so many eggs/cheese, ground beef, chicken, fish throughout my day before I know it I'm at like 190 grams protein, 80 grams of fat, with like 80 carbs and 500 cals remaining lol

Feel like crap. Drink some beers last night but the shots got to me a bit. Stomach is messed up. Went and worked out anyway.
Shoulders and back hypertrophy.
Got through the workout but it was difficult. Had to lift lighter on some workouts but oh well...still got a good pump.
Now I feel like throwing up haha.Dallas Sports/Texas Tech Red Raiders

I went out n ate nachos with my friends the next day. Was funny 'cos one of the girls had her wisdom teeth removed the day before (same as me) and her face was all swollen like a chipmunk, whereas I didn't get any puffiness/pain at all. Feltgoodman

What routine y'all doing (if it hasent been discussed)
I'm a huge fan of PHAT, anytime I try anything new; it seems I find my way back to it

I've been doing DC training (2way split) since last October and have put on some SERIOUS size and strength. It was a LOT of trial and error though (there are no cookie cutter templates out there) to get the program design right to where I wasn't having to deload every 4-6 weeks, and to bring up my weak bodyparts. I'm actually using it to cut right now and starting to hit the wall (week 3 of mini-cut), so next week will be my "cruise" week (nothing to failure, nothing heavy, just a deload week really).
It's a 3-day a week program, and you hit every muscle 3x in 2 weeks (low volume, high frequency). Works for me, at least in the offseason. We'll see how well it does while cutting seriously, but I'm willing to give it a shot.Use coupon code BEARD for 5% off your order at truenutrition.com

I know about DC and the basic principle and finding out what works for a certain person, but do you feel it's better overall than PHAT? With PHAT on the power days I take long rest breaks (2-3 minutes) since I'm moving with maximum power. Then on the hypertrophy days I tend to only rest 45/60 seconds.
I know a ton of people argue what's more effective DC vs PHAT, I know one thing - on DC I'd be sweating like a Dam pig. I'd feel strange being in the gym for only 3 days a week though

I can't comment on PHAT since I haven't personally done it.
I did initially feel strange being in the gym only 3x per week, but you only push big weights those 3 days a week so for me that makes up for it. Granted I'll have to go back later for detail work, but as far as putting on pure MASS goes it has been the #1 program for me.Use coupon code BEARD for 5% off your order at truenutrition.com

I'm also running PHAT brahs. Been running it for about a month now and I love it. I've never had a routine where I literally look forward to going to the gym everyday. I almost hate rest days. But I know it'll catch up to me quick. Strength gains have been great. 1 month isn't a lot for mass gains obv, but I binged into my bulk and my pumps have been great.
I've had a similar experience. Mine was really sharp as well. Is it really localized? As if you could almost pinpoint it? That's how mine was and I just kept training, disregarded it, it hurt but it didn't decrease my strength at all. Eventually it just went away. Probably not the smartest thing to do to ignore it, but just sharing my experience.

Going to be vacationing in Oahu, HI for the next 10 days. I'll be staying at my sister's house who lives on base (marines), so I'll be using that gym for the time being.
Any bros ever get anxiety about lifting in another gym? For some reason, when I went from my current gym to uni gym 3 years ago, all my lifts suffered. I know it was all in my head, idk why though.
And no not social anxiety. Just a different atmosphere, environment, equipment etc. Just hope I'll make some gains.
I love it man. I think you'll really like it. It makes me push myself so much each workout.
If it's crippling and seems like you're going to snap city, then I would take it easy. But I just worked through mine. It's up to you in the end. I don't wanna give you advice and have you end up fukking yourself up more than you already are.

Dat scapula and rotator cuff problems
Fuking up my life 1 day at a time. Only way it "might" get better is if I took a few weeks off from gym...which isnt happening...ever.
