I just was put off by the 1.5lb weight jump overnight. I'm just holing whater...I don't feel bloated, but look softer in my abs. I know it's just temporary while I'm on creatine but it's a little off putting since I just finished my cut 6 weeks or so ago haha.
In the long run it's gonn help my gains with the strength increase.

Fuark brahs! I just came in here to say I FUKING LOVE BULKING. I was cutting at an extreme deficit (~1700) up until 2-3 weeks ago and been reversing since. I downed 3k calories today with over 300 grams of carbs and over 225 grams of protein. I am super pumped and full of energy. I can see every vein in my upper arms and lower abs. This is the time when the cutting results are actually visible. After a couple weeks of higher calories when your muscles are back to 100%, and your bf% is lower than before. I feel like a different person, guys. Testosterone feels like it's through the roof. It's funny how we cut for months without seeing much progress and we get (and feel) tiny. But then, once we hop back on higher cals, the difference is totally noticeable and somehow our time spent cutting instantly pays off.
Cheers LBC!Misc Veteran Crew

250-300 cal surplus (50 calories are hard to hit on the spot every day) maintenance is at 2300 (slow metabolic rate). Feels good being able to eat 2550-2600 calories and still gain weight. Enough of this cutting crap, imo unless you have a really good foundation or are at 25%> bf then there's no reason to be cutting.
Been lean bulking for 9 days now, hitting these macros are so much easier with more wiggle room (and IIFYM). Should be gaining a good 0.5-0.6lbs a week.

How many "free calories" do you guys get to "spend" on a daily basis?
"I don't mean perfection as far as a visual image of perfection. I mean, "perfection" to me is, I walk away from a situation and say, "I did everything I could do right there. There was nothing more that I could do." I was a hundred percent, like the meter was at the top. There was nothing else I could have done. You know? Like, I worked as hard as I possibly could have. That's perfection."

count me in
going to lean bulk untill I've gained about 10 kg/22 pounds (or more if I don't look like shyt)
Started last month at 2800 kcals, upping it with about 100 kcals each month, aiming for about 2lbs each month for now.
I supplement my diet with creatine and a multi.
Prot: 1g+/lb (~ 150g+)
Fat: 1g+/kg or 0.4g+/lb (~65g+)
Carb: Whatever fits, I also want to keep my fiber intake to 25g+ each day.
For working out I follow a personalized Legs, push, pull.

Ah, I don't look at my food in that way, they're all discretionary calories lol.
I guess 10 to 20% might be not so bro-friendly foods, just thumbsucking here.
Found this chocolate milk at the shop today, right after I left the gym, some might call it discretionary.
It even has bro-science in fine print.

goin 2.5lbs here but ill probably curb it down to 2 or even 1.5 if my BF gets too high
not sure what u mean but i have a calorie limit (2600) and a protein minimum (150). dont really care what the other macros come out to.
has been working pretty well. gone from 148-156 in 3 months with very minimal fat gain (if any at all). muscle separation is becoming more noticeable every week that passes
