The truth
A few months back, yes, when asked about usage I denied. Mainly because the awfully criticism that people will give. "Oh you used gear you can just sit around and get big and stay lean." SUCH a misconception. People actually think that. Truth is yes it is a bit faster and the results are magnified but you still have to eat and work your ass off.
I am 100% completely open about anything I have or am doing. No reason to hide it at all. People will judge and I get that.
Any questions for me ask away. I will be completely honest.BTK. A different breed entirely.

I am not blatant about it for the same reason. There is a stigma about it and a lot of natties get ****ty. The funny thing is, there are lots of little non-natty guys who act like they are innocent too, only because they didn't get out of it what they thought they would. Some even go as far as saying "my chit was fake" because they didn't turn in to a beast in one bike ride like they thought they would. It takes time and hard work either route. If you want to make the best of it and actually LOOK like yuo ride a bike, you better do it right. lol
What were your stats when you started? It looks like you must have been a meso, because your build is still pretty damn solid, even for 1 year of bike riding as a new lifter. One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.

Thanks bro
See bold.
Spot on there man. I was 6ft 175lbs and around 12% bf. Always have had abs and good muscle bellies. Just never lifted or gave a **** about what I was eating. Best decision I have ever made in my life was to start lifting. I am in love with this game for sure. Starting so late I have to catch up. I want to be able to enjoy the body I can create before I get too old. Anyway I can speed up the process, as long as I can keep my health in line, I am all for.
I have had ZERO side effects. Some people are not so lucky. Although I did all my research so i knew what I was getting myself into.
Not sure on women. There are some that do it obviously, though you would have to do your research. You should be able to throw on size first without it. Once you have eating and training down then think about jumping on. I could come off now and continue to throw on muscle and make improvements thought it would just be at a slightly slower rate.Last edited by btr1208; 09-02-2013 at 12:53 PM.

Sounds like you have awesome genetics. I, OTOH, started at 150lbs at 6'2". I was benching 95lbs when I started. ha!! Even with bike riding, it's been a long, slow process. 7 years total lift, and up 65lbs of LBM. I have come to realize that, along with genetics with build, buys can have good genetics for bike riding too. Some guys blow up, other guys not as much.
You're going to do well in competing, I can already tell. The ONLY thing you might have trouble with is, you have a thick trunk/core. You will need to learn to play that up on stage. One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.

Cut down to 187 (avi) like a month ago. Maintained at about 190 for a month since then. I say maintained and not bulked, because with the extra food i eat to stay at maintenance, i gained a little water weight.
Then i got sloppy for a weel and went up to 192. Cutting for two weeks now to get to sub 190 one more time.
Then i shapl start lean bulking + IF bhhnnnggggg.
i lift 4x a week. Im planning on no surplus on off days, +400 on workout days. How does that sound brahs?

Its worth it. And good thing I started early. I've been having some of the best workouts this year the last few days and they'll only get better.
The difference between being in a sad deficit when cutting and surplus is huge, everything feels so much better, in the gym and out the gym...and dem fapping sessions doe (heuheuheu)

Skipping Lower Body Power day today cause a friend i havn't seen hit me up to play some football, glad I wasn't a ******* and went and had a fun time. Quads are gonna be sore tomorrow since its been a long time since I've played. Sweat out dat alcohol from yesterday too lol.
Also I think Ive figured out how to incorporate sumo deads and rack pulls into my modified PHAT split. Gonna do sumos on Monday and then Legs/Pull/Push with Racks on pull day. Can't wait for dem gains. Also up to 300 carbs a day"Shove a lobster up your a$$. Hard Body!" -cell-tech-ABUSE

What do you guys think of something like:
Bulk +500 for two weeks
Cut -500 for one week
Repeat
Basically it averages to 1lb gain after every 3 weeks. I like the idea of that too. But i dont k ow much about this subject...

I think Jason Blaha said something about 2 weeks bulk, 1 week cut wouldn't give enough time to build muscle or something....I've just finished my 2 months bulk, so going to be cutting for 3 weeks now (so ~2 months bulk, ~1 month cut). Was able to make some good strength gains during the time, so I think I've put on some muscle...

I created a powerlifting routine that I like. Has parts of 5/3/1 and Sheiko that has worked for me with a few accessories every day. Focuses on the big 3 lifts. Squatting 2x week, bench 3x week, deadlift 1x week. If you guys want it, send me a message on my athlete page in sig. I can send files to you there. It's in excel format.

PPL and combine the concepts of Phat and 5/3/1 = profit????

If you're a BBer, there is no reason to do a 5/3/1 routine. Anything below 5 reps isn't going to help you get any closer to your goals of size. I see so many guys who want size switching over to these PLing and max strength routines, and I can tell you that it's not what you're looking for. It just sounds cool to train like a PLer.
