    ITT: Help People Fit Their Macros

    Thought I'd start this thread where we can help people fit their macros who may have an odd combination for a meal due to bad planning or whatever.

    I have 75g of carbs for the day left, no fat, no protein, so as little of those as possible please.

    Rice. All carbs and a negligible amount of protein. Or potato. No fat and almost straight carbs. Rice cakes literally are only carbs but it'll take alot of rice cakes to hit 70 g carbs hah. Then again, they aren't extremely filling either

    Macros don't have to be exact, hitting your calories are more important than hitting a certain number of carbs, protein or fats.
