That site overestimates 1RM in my experience, I think http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html is more accurate

Yeah the first calculator that was linked in this thread overestimates my max a bit as well. OP, I don't think you're quite there yet. I'd say 8 or 9 reps at that weight would probably set you at 225 1rm though, so keep it up and you'll be there in no time.
Feb 1, 2013 (started getting serious)/Current maxes at bw of 156-162lbs
Bench 205x3 (went back up about two inches before touching chest)/300
Squat 230x5 (half squat)/350 (below parallel)

i had a 210lbs max when I was benching 165 for 8, so I don't see why you can't get 225 with 187 x 6
