    187? But no i dont think so, i can do 185 for 5 reps and only get 210, and people in My weights class are hitting 195 for 5 and cant do 225. But iwould go for it anyways cause you never know.

    That site overestimates 1RM in my experience, I think http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html is more accurate

    220 is possible

    I got 225 yesterday and the week prior I did 195 for 5. So 220 is looking more realistic for you. But at the end of the day only you know your true strength brah. Good luck!

    Yeah the first calculator that was linked in this thread overestimates my max a bit as well. OP, I don't think you're quite there yet. I'd say 8 or 9 reps at that weight would probably set you at 225 1rm though, so keep it up and you'll be there in no time.

    yeah that seems more realistic tbh haha thanks brah repped, ive been adding alot of rest pausing into sets so my strength is going up good, hopefully ill get there next month

    i had a 210lbs max when I was benching 165 for 8, so I don't see why you can't get 225 with 187 x 6
