What whey protein do you recommend?

    Hey guys,

I'd like to ask about your fav. whey protein while cutting. I'm currently using pro-complex however I've been getting the "OH it has so many carbs" and "Oh it causes bloating" reaction from people at the gym. If im cutting from 13.3% to 11-10%, what whey would u recommend and how many scoops per day.

My daily protein intake: 8 white part of the eggs, 1 tuna can, 1 chicken breast and whatever I get from vegetables since I eat a lot of cucumber, squash, broccoli, lettuce .. I go to the gym 6 times a week and I'm very active.

Another question (thanks for your patience) is it okay to train my abs on a daily basis if im tryin to lose fat on my lower belly ..

    Thanks..

First, I wouldn't cut at 5'10 and 158, you'll need to reach the 140's for 10%, and this is stupid.

Second, you're gonna get mercury poisoning from "1 tuna can" daily.

Third, isolation (ab) exercises will not improve fat oxidation within the abdominal region.

Fourth, there is almost no difference between protein powders, except for taste (and macro partitioning).

1 can of tuna a day won't cause mercury poisoning, but it is the upper end of maximum mercury ingestion recommended.

If he's eating albacore, then he could defiantly exhibit signs of mercury poisoning.

You're talking about roughly 10x the recommended levels (weekly).

whey protien dont make u cut or gain , it overall diat
if u calculate your calory right and see what happen to your body weekly then by your self can determine what to do

    for ex 200g p , 250 carb, 50 fat = 2250 calory for any guy
for the 1st week if u gain then lower it , if u lose then keep it
    including your protein powder shake

or you can use one of the calory calculator tool availble online and go from there

    its try and error

for the protien brand go with your choice which fit your taste and your micro

    thats my opinion, good luck

MyProtein Impact Whey for me I like to get unflavoured and just flavour each shake with their flavouring drops, stops them getting so boring!

I like ON Gold chocolate. Its reasonably priced and tastes okay and is only 120 calories for 24g of protein so its great for cutting. I also use their Casein, I can't say it tastes "good" but it is a lot better than the other stuff I've tried, again it is low calorie.

how bout some chicken or beef...real food>shake.

work abs like any other muscle group...weighted 2-3x a week for a few sets is sufficient.

stop taking advice from other people in the gym...99% will give you biased opinions with little credibility...even from the big guys with tons of muscle.
