    After the Smolov

    I will be finishing up the Smolov (in its entirety) next week. I had sick gains in the base phase (45 lbs) and I expect another 25 out of the intense phase, but I was wondering what a good follow up program would be. Anybody have experience, good or bad, about post-smolov lifts.
    Bench- 405 lbs
    Squat- 530 lbs
    Deadlift- 535 lbs

    this. I would think it's one of the better programs to transition from smolov to. It's high frequency and volume with squatting, so it should help solidify your gains.

    sheiko like the people before me say,

    bump up the squatting volume though, sheiko is rough but it is no smolov, you need to gradually get back to regular volume, and dropping right to sheiko might cost you some gains.
