Hemavol Review

Background- 37 years old, lifting since I was 15

6'0" 170 lbs low body fat (never had it measured)

Goal- gain muscle (I know the deal, I don't get enough calories to gain weight but at least I'm not in denial)

Current supplements-
Dymatize whey
Beast creature
Orange triad
Now fish pills
Bodyforce citrilline malate
Bodyforce beta alanine

Taste- 8
Lemon flavor, pretty good. I would actually drink it even if it had nothing in it

Mixability- 7
95% mixes well but 5% floats on top and doesn't mix. The opposite of most supplements that have excess in the bottom. At any rate, no big deal and it wasn't a problem

Pump- 8
That's the point of this supplement. I got a good but not great pump. I've read where people have skin ripping pumps but mine wasn't that intense. I definitely got a better pump that I would have without it and its as good as any other PWOs I've taken (neurocore and c4) for pump.

I'm working out next on Monday and I'll post a quick summary of that one as well.

So far I'd give it an 8 but I'm hoping I'll get that huge pump next time.

Bonus for those 35 and up- the NO has a Viagra effect. Not that I normally have a problem but my wife surprised me with a nooner and I could have used it to hammer a nail into a 2x4. She actually made a comment about it.

I finally got around to trying another sample pack. Sick pump!

Maybe I didn't give 110% in the gym the first time I tried it. Who knows but the second time was a charm. My skin hurts, ha

Anyway, that's the exciting conclusion to my review (yes, I realize I posted it in the wrong place, my bad)

Yes it is, I'm on a stim break now and it's helping me get through it along with compete.

Hemavol is a favourite of mine, I get great pumps with it.

Pretty much my go to stem free pre.

If you want stim and pumps, it works even better stacked with white flood or with conquer!

I loved hemavol. Took two scoops of this and two scoops of craze and its the best combo I have tried so far. Found a killer deal on another site where you get hemavol and conquer plus some samples for a little more than hemavol by itselfs. I'm gonna try those two togther for a month.

Hemavol will assist you, in achieving a pump. Low rep workouts typically do not produce a pump. Hemavol will help, but it will not give you what a high rep, superset workout will.

Hemavol is more than just pumps, it provides fullness as well from increased plasma volumes, necessary to push heavy weight.
