    Doing Beast Plan

Hello guys , I hope I get your eyes to this text, I need your help to motivate myself. It just a depressed month because of the college and Im thinking sometimes about my body theres 3 weeks left for my bulk to finish and thinking like Im not getting big nothing is happening etc. But this is not the point.I wanted to write my meal to you and my supplements and then ask you some questions.
    Breakfast:
    Whey Protein,
    3 Egg Whites , 1 Full Egg,
100 grams of low-fat cottage cheese,
Pomegranate and 3 Oranges in liquid form,
    Coffee(sometimes)
    Pre-Lunch:
    Protein Bar,
    High hydration,
    Lunch:
    White rice,
    Beef tenderloin(350grams),

    Pre Workout:
    Creatine.

    Dinner:
    Pasta,
    Beef,Fish or Chicken.

So I always hit my goal everyday. It's 3300-3400 calories in ratio of 25 protein , 25 fat , 50 carbs. Sometimes I dont hit my goal and eat Popcorn,Tea,500-1liter of low fat milk...
And I drink 4-5 liters of water each day.My program is called Body Beast , I dont do cardio except swimming once a week.
    My questions are;
It was 34cm before bulking , now from 7 weeks of bulk 3 weeks left and I measured it 37cm(I mean my arm), and this 37 still keeps going for 2 weeks or something no up no down.Is it normal?
    Secondly , Im 18 years old 1.78 and 66 kilograms , I was 62 before bulking.But I hit the 66 about 3 weeks ago , its stable for 3 weeks.Why? No change on diet.
Another thing is I cant lift more than 27 pounds on bicep curls. When I try my right hand's wrist hurt really hard basically can't do the second rep.So I use 5kg on 15 rep , 8 kg on 12 rep , 10kg on 8 rep,and again 10kg on drop set.It still hurts though but I dont feel pain on bicep next day , what do you think?
Sometimes people recommend Mass Gainer but its really useless, I can prepare my own bulk shake naturally.

why I asked these? This guy is following a program but still asking us why? Because this followings steps are what I do mostly I think.

Finally, I want to finish my writing with I've been doing this for 3-4 years since 15.But it is my first bodybuilding program. Thanks for your time.

Edited: I dont track my weight lifts because I know my potential. So I have 2,5,8,10,12,15,18,20 kg I try hard to lift the maximum.

There's lots of articles on the forum that will be help to you. Make sure you're getting enough protein. Your percentage is rather low. It shouldn't be par with fat. And when really looking for muscle gain, it should be up and near 40-65+ percent of one's diet. Ensure your switching up your weight lifting schedule once and awhile. Train hard and swap up your rep ranges. Most importantly dont give up. Educate yourself with the articles and the forms here on the site.
