Bulk progress update, some inb4's before I post...inb4 albino, inb4 need to cut, inb4 chest, inb4 need tan, inb4 no gains, inb4 my eyes are burning, inb4 strong everything, inb4 posing of peace #YOLO.
Will have been hoisting for 2 years this August. Bf% guestimates needed, I'm guessing between 18% and 20%.
For reference this is where I started about a month before signing up for the gym.

Thanks broseph! Started out with Starting strength for 4-5 months, then Madcows 5x5 for another few months. Then I done PHAT for around 8-9 months.
Now doing a push/pull/legs/off with 5/3/1 style of progression for the compound movements(been doing this for around 4 months).Squat - 161kg @75kg BW
Bench - 105kg @75kg BW
Deadlift -180kg @75kg BW
