    Doing workouts in days.

I see most of the people on this forum talk about days like
    Monday-upper body
    tuesday- lower body
    Wednesday- legs
and stuff like that, but I have been just doing my whole workout, legs, arms, chest, cardio all in the one day and have made some more than alright gains, not everyday just days that I feel like I should work out, so is there anything I can do better then that should I seperate it out into different days, I dont feel sore the next day just my shoulder think its chipped on the bone.

Separate it out. Once you really start to lift weights you will get sore. If you aren't now then you aren't lifting hard enough.

Noob gains. I think you should only focus on progress overload (increasing the weights on the bar every time you hit the gym).
