So, I was engaged in pleasant conversation with a guy in one of my classes, and the girl in question comes up and says hi. This is where things turned to chit.

Girl - "Why don't you talk to me that much anymore?"

Me - "I don't know. I felt like I was initiating every conversation so I stopped."

Girl - "Why does that matter?"

Me (in a playful, non-threatening tone) - "It isn't interesting to talk to someone when you have to force conversation out of them. "

Girl starts crying and quickly storms off. I'm thinking "What the phuck just happened?"

I've only made one other female cry and that was my mom, and for different reasons altogether. Felt way worse though... never again.
