Cardio Igniter - Pre-Workout for Cardio

Just received a 10 serving trail sample of this product and very excited to use it. However, I am kind of concerned on negative effects it my have on the heart. A pre-workout for cardio? I need answers!! I am planning to possibly use this during rugby. Good idea? Experienced Cardio Igniter users have answers?

It is a great product that I am very fond of myself. If you are that worried about it though, you could definitely talk to a doctor about it.

Its designed for cardio purpose. It wont be as potent as other PWO as Craze, etc etc

I've taken it during football practice it works but I'd rather not have it in my stomach makes my tummy grumble but that's just me research the ingredients. If you have a heart problem or a concern you should definetly do research on what is in PWO some have up to 20+ ingredients you definetly need to be careful if you want me to suggest something for youre rugby practices and games I would say ENDURANCE by doesn't have much ingredients

As noted above, if you have any concerns on any supplement I would suggest speaking to your Dr. or a physician about them. Cardio Igniter is a popular PWO supplement which has great feedback and it is not a heavy stimulant formula.
