What studd do you guys do for traps?

I usually do 3x8-10 on dumbell shrugs, then do barbell shrugs 3x8-10. I havent been able to see any results really. What should i change? Diet is in check.

Deadlift and upright rows always works for me. Keep doing heavy shrugs too.

Try doing less weight and high reps with the DB shrugs...and underhand grip pull-ups help with traps too. Also barbell raises that you would do for shoulders build traps pretty well.
Eat clean. Sleep well. Lift heavy.
