Dunno why people do stuff like this. If you are interested in bodybuilding then these physiques are unaesthetic and slightly strange looking. That's the point; these are not good bodybuilding physiques. It doesn't matter what the person who says that's own physique looks like; it is still true. No one is saying that these are horrible, disgusting, out of shape, blah, blah, blah. But for something to look up to they are nothing close to special nor are they aesthetic (for bodybuilding, at any weight).
EDIT: I should say that if these are the top-level guys you are posting, what I say stands. If these are just normal guys then gjdm. Usually when people post stuff like this though it is an example of something to strive for beyond what is general attainable. That's the perspective I am putting it in.

Why are calisthenics preachers so butt-hurt about those who lift weights?
Those who strive for aesthetics (and not strength/powerlifting etc) don't care that WEIGHTS are involved, just as long as it's recruiting muscle fibers which leads to (with proper nutrition) muscle growth.
Calisthenics is doing the exact same ****ing thing, you are recruiting muscle fibers, and with proper nutrition you will gain muscle.
If drinking beer recruited muscle fibers I'd do that, if fapping recruited muscle fibers I'd do that. Weights are numbered and organized in a way where you can keep easy track of your strength (which may correlate with aesthetics), and that's why it is the more popular choice.
Cliffs:
-no difference between A and B, both have the same effect on the body
you should be posting their diet, and not their routine on how they recruit muscle fibers.
