    chest pain

    I have been having this problem where my left pec is hurting a lot when I bench. It feels like its almost tearing. I did some incline dumbbell presses today and my right arm was already up where my left couldn't move because of the pain. Any advice to stop the pain? Its been happening for almost a month on chest days.

    Yeah getting a few more chest workouts in isn't worth a possible serious injury. I'd lay off, and if it doesn't get better you should see a doctor

    Things to pay attention to:

    -Where you grip the bar
    -The angle of your wrists
    -Where you touch the weights or bring the weights to

    When uncomfortable, fiddle around with those things.

    Its not fatigue its like a sharp pain when I move it during a chest workout.

    Take a break and stretch your chest out daily hopefully it releases some tension
