ha, i feel worse and worse about myself from these threads. It's taken me 6 years to go from 125-375. And though i don't train with any bodybuilding motivation, i still have skinny 16" arms.

I'm not sure how to count it. I stopped lifting a few years ago and never got past 225. Last February I started back pretty committed but did all dumbell work. That went from 60's to 120's in about 6 months. From June to now I've been focusing on Barbell. Soo, I started at about 225 on bench in June and got 300 in January.
I don't know if thats 6 months, a year or several years

just semi recently got 300 paused in about 8 months. My bench isnt strongest of lifts thats for sure. I did lots of labor work before that so helped with my strength. Plus I have eaten like a hog, was 200-205 about 8 months ago now i am 235. Dont like the fact that I have extra weight around my waist now, but at least I have gotten pretty strong in that time frame. I am still new to lifting, and my diet isnt the greatest, but I am wanting to get on a cutting diet pretty soon before spring
