Big problem here I need some major help with. Lately at work its been too busy for me to drink my coffee as fast as I used to. So my coffee ends up getting cold. So you would think, "just reheat it!" But not so fast. If I throw it in the microwave for 30 seconds, its heated up to drinking temp, BUT it gets cold MUCH faster than fresh brewed coffee. I put it on "reheat" mode yesterday, and it superheated the coffee and blew the lid off the cup. Anybody know a way to reheat coffee where it maintains its temperature longer? I want to make sure I am keeping my metabolism properly warmed. Thanks!

I don't mean to sound rude, but...
If you don't drink it and it gets cold. Then you microwave and it gets cold again, maybe at that point think about pot #2?
If you microwave it, it WILL get cold faster.
You say the part about keeping your metabolism going? The coffee isn't the difference. I assure you. If you think it matters--sip faster?
But, thermos is really your only other option as best I can tell.8/20:

I go threw the same issue but it was easily solved with a decent coffee travelers mug, when it comes to coffee i've noticed that there is a group of people you'd never expect to be the experts on the topic, especially on how to keep it warm and delicious for a long time. Truckers.
found this at a trucker stop
can't post links so the name of it is Thermos Stainless King 40-Ounce Beverage Bottle
Unfortunately being an avid coffee drinker there is NO way to make coffee taste/heat the same way when it was brewed. So my recommendation is the high quality coffee mug, hope this helps

I know this feel, OP. ive tried to think of solutions but then I thought.....why bother? why live in a world that has atrocious problems like this. it isn't worth it.
i'm starting a 'group'. i've talked to several people who've had this same problem. we're going to rid ourselves of unforgiving first-world issues like reheating coffee. if you understand what I mean.....PM me if you're interested.
