Question Clen/t3

~~I PM THIS MESSAGE TO A FEW PEOPLE ON THIS BOARD BUT I DECIDED TO POST IT AS A THREAD TO GET OTHER VIEW POINTS~~

Well here's my story...maybe you can help me out...
I'm a 24 years old female, 5'5 and about 145lbs with a bodyfat % of roughly 21%, I think.
I been taking clen/t3 for almost 3 weeks.
more like 2 weeks on clen/t3 and now i'm on a cycle ECA/t3 in which I will stay on for another week and I will be back on clen/t3 for the last time and then I'm off any type of supplement.

clen max dosage 80
t3 max dosage 50

I heard female do well on a low dosage.

My workout is as follow:
4 days of weights/1 day off-I go as heavy as I can!!!
I do cardio 2x a day 30 to 45 mins a day, usually I would do 60mins for both sessions but some advise me to do less when I'm on clen/t3.

My diet:
Wed and Sat high carbs and high cal day and the remaining days are low carbs.

Almost 3 weeks as come by and I lost some weight but what can I do to max my fatloss because if I was just on a fatburner I would have gotten the same results as now....
So I thought being on clen/t3 will make me lose more bodyfat.

Well, what can I do for my remaining cycle to lose more bodyfat?
I notice I have some gains but my muscle are getting bigger not leaner and I'm not even eating enough to get big either.
Do you think I should stop lifting really heavy....I'm just afraid to lose strength and all the muscle I work for. What do you think?
Do you think I should increase my cardio workout?

I want to get lean so I can compete at
125lbs-128lbs
with a bodyfat of 11%-13%

I heard some females have lost 20lbs on clen/t3 in less than a month and it was mostly bodyfat....but I'm afraid its not working for me at all. Is the diet i'm following is okay...because i read somewhere that bodyopus diet is the best diet to follow on this cycle. I would do it but my problem is getting off the diet...especially the fact that I'm carb sensitive.

Any help or info will do....
Please help!!!

Thanks in Advance

all i can say is that bodyopus works great by itself, and so does a clen/t3 cycle. I feel that women do rationally make good gains on a low dose of t3. DON't TAKE T3 IMPROPERLY. taking it for a "long" time will make you dependent on the drug for the rest of your life. by the time you read this post you may have already started your cycle so please post your results. also, i don't know much about you but it sounds like you are trying to solve your "problem" through abracadabra solutions, try to refrain from those easy way out feelings. Hope i helped

About the t3 making you dependent you should check SHOT's article on it ( "ravers t3 article" i think thats the name) in the best of... subforum.

And i wouldn't take the ephedrine together with the t3. Your metabolism will be slow after taking the t3 and i think it takes around 2-4 weeks to get back to normal so i would save the ephedrine/caffeine for the following weeks after you stop the t3 and watch the diet very carefully after t3 and keep doing cardio.
