    Unhappy help me for push ups

    Hi guys,
    I'm having a problem i started my excercise a week ago but i cant to ripes of puch ups properlx.
    So kindlx help me

    Push ups? What is so difficult about good form on push ups?

    Dear friend,
    im new in the gym i cant do puch ups properly the problem is to lift up while im going down there is nothing problem but i cant lift up my body when im doing puch ups.

    I think he is saying that he is too weak to push back UP... Just keep trying dude, start doing push ups on your knees until you can do it normally.

    Dont focous on doing many, try doing a small amount as perfectly as you can and work your way up. With that being said, goodluck. I remember when i couldnt do a pushup, felt bad.

    gonna have to do incline push ups if your too weak to do regular ones, probably better for you to start at a really light benchpress though

    Or you could do just negative part of the movement for reps, i had to do that with chins when i started.

    far more effective than knee push ups imo, since they'll start working all the dormant muscles, whereas knee pushups are just handicapping you with no chance to progress

    Get into push up position but instead of lowering yourself, just hold that position. Isometrics for your shoulders, chest, and various other muscles to get you stronger for push ups.

    do TONS of push ups at your house, every hour do as many as you can until failure... start on your knees until you can do non modified pushups... every hour go to failure, your numbers will increase.
