Push ups? What is so difficult about good form on push ups?

yeah i watched that video. But when i start puch ups i'm perfectly lower down my body,
then i can't back to the positon.Tell some alternative to gain strength.
I'm new in gxm and at time which i choosen there is no sennior to guide us.
SO im trying to get the ans that how can i gain strenghts for arms to lift up while im going down there is nothing problem but i cant lift up my body.

do TONS of push ups at your house, every hour do as many as you can until failure... start on your knees until you can do non modified pushups... every hour go to failure, your numbers will increase.
