2. ask any actual natty who's been lifting consistently for say 10 years. the last 5 years they will tell you their gains have been almost non-existent. you have no idea of human physiology or anatomy if you don't understand why that is

I understand that this is true for advanced natural bodybuilders, but this is taken out of context. You don't fit the criteria of being an elite natural bodybuilder, so this does not apply in your case. Based on stats and that photo you posted, you could realistically put on around 10 lbs. of lean body mass in the next year with adequate nutrition and training. There is NO way that if you're consistently hitting your macros and training optimally that it would take you a DECADE to acquire that mass, as you stated previously.

da fuk, your cals look way too low mate. How were they calculated? I just aim for around 1lb fat loss a week and stick to it. I dont rush cal drops. I was cutting on 2300 since the beginning of the year ish and only a week or so ago dropped it a further 100cal

Great post. Miscers set the bar too low based on their assumptions and some BS videos and opinions. Whether or not something is possible naturally is irrelevant, you should still strive to get as close to it as possible. Thats always been my attitude. And this is how far its taken me to date. The average miscer sets a limit, and then half-asses it. It WILL have a negative effect on training
