I understand that this is true for advanced natural bodybuilders, but this is taken out of context. You don't fit the criteria of being an elite natural bodybuilder, so this does not apply in your case. Based on stats and that photo you posted, you could realistically put on around 10 lbs. of lean body mass in the next year with adequate nutrition and training. There is NO way that if you're consistently hitting your macros and training optimally that it would take you a DECADE to acquire that mass, as you stated previously.

and i have a question about diet. i've been stuck at 10% bf for a long as time already and i cant seem to get down to 8-9% to get those striation. i've a fighter and i dont require the same kind of mass that you guys need, but i still wanna look good other than performance. i do lots of cardio(my muay thai training, hiit) and recently added ec stack to it. i cut using josef's recommended macros (1g protein X 1lb lean body mass, 0.4g fats X 1lb lbm, fill up remaining kcal with carbs, cutting at 1600kcal) but i just cant seem to break the plateau. any advise?

da fuk, your cals look way too low mate. How were they calculated? I just aim for around 1lb fat loss a week and stick to it. I dont rush cal drops. I was cutting on 2300 since the beginning of the year ish and only a week or so ago dropped it a further 100cal

Whether or not something is possible naturally is irrelevant, you should still strive to get as close to it as possible. Thats always been my attitude. And this is how far its taken me to date. The average miscer sets a limit, and then half-asses it. It WILL have a negative effect on training

How long have you been using Melanotan2? I've been using about 5mg a week for the past 3 years and have been off for the past 5 months. I think it made a perm change in hair and skin color. My skin color has never went back to being as white and my hair is a lot darker.
