Any recommendations on something to help me get stronger?
Currently bulking on 4-4.5k calories

I don't take anything like that, just carbs from food.
Rough macros are around 400carbs 200pro 100fat
And I forgot to mention I already take a pwo, neurosurge, about once a week or less.
Don't really like that I used to get crazy off half a scoop, now a full scoop isn't even that great, but I don't want to take multiple
