just add in some lean meats( pork chops, steak, pork tenderloin)
hate tuna, so i stay away from it, and my freezer is packed with salmon, sole, trout
hey brah whats are your macros while cutting and what are your calories?
im at 2200-2300calories 70-80g fat, 200g-250g protein, then typically anywhere from 70-120g carbs, depending how much protein i eat
was that greek yogurt or just normal? i find greek a little to expensive so i stick to normal fat free yogurt with like 4g protein

Its regular although I do eat a lot of greek yogurt. Cottage cheese

Olive oil is unsaturated. Which means it is less likely to be digested and stored as fat. That is why I use it to cook with. And thanks man!!
