In my past drug days I found myself in the "Badlands" of Philly and the worst parts of Newark NJ (back when it was still the murder capital over Camden) on a daily basis. Not bragging at all cause nothing about me being there is anything to be proud o,f but I was only drawn on maybe 6 times in Newark, shot around my feet once, and in Philly never drawn on or shot at but chased with golf clubs and bats ONCE. The closest I came to getting beat up (other then the bats) was in Philly and it was by a pair of veteran cops that roughed me and the kid I was with up a little (not even excessive, just enough to try and scare us from coming back). There was nothing "tough" about it. I'm only saying this to illustrate the point that if you go in shook you'll get fukked with, if you go with purpose and have no reservations about being there the odds are you'll get nothing more than "what's up white boy" in a menacing tone (srs)
